The new Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS-C) Guidance Manual replaces the old Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) OASIS-B1 user manual. This guidance manual, complied by NAHC from the CMS on–line manual, provides all the information home health agencies need to comply with the implementation and accurate completion of OASIS-C.
