Home Care Bill of Rights

This model Bill of Rights provides information on client decision-making and appropriate service expectations, plus outlines of both the client's and the home care provider's rights.  This one-page document incorporates the NAHC Code of Ethics adopted at NAHC's inception.  The Bill of Rights satisfies Medicare requirements, but state requirements may differ and should be verified to assure compliance.
